Communication with suppliers and contractors in Finnish or Danish
Monitoring and mapping of processes
Client contact: handling telephone and email inquiries
Analysis and correction of documents
Collaboration with other departments within the organization
Data accuracy verification in the system
Preparation of reports and summaries

Candidate Expectations:

Very good command of Finnish (min. B2) or Danish (min. B2), and English (min. B1)
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in corporate environments or international companies
Practical knowledge of MS Excel

Nice to have:

Higher education (management, finance, administration, economics, or related field)
Experience working with SAP system
