Here at One Property Recruitment, we are working on an opportunity with a leading client of ours. They are based locally to High Wycombe and winning new business in the area. You will be joining a growing company, that will support you through all your market leading qualifications. You will be managing a small residential portfolio of 380 units. Step into a position where you can hit the ground running and utilise your skill set. Daily Duties will include.

Shadowing a senior property manager, who is overseeing a residential portfolio in the High Wycombe area
Building strong relationships with leaseholders and clients
Ensuring the portfolio is compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
Oversee major works projects.

They are looking for someone with clear experience of managing a complex portfolio (at least 2 years). You will be able to set and manage service charge budgets effectively and be able to stand on your own two feet well, especially in a fast-paced environment. Using your skillset, the team will want to see you hit the ground running and look to work above and beyond to get tasks done. You will be very personable in your approach and look to build long term relationships with clients and leaseholders. Package:

Salary of up to £42,000 + DOE
Lucrative Holiday Package. 2 days added per year served within the business
Sponsorship of all market leading IRPM qualifications.
