- Play a pivotal and inspiring role in building, leading, and motivating a talented sales team composed of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers, driving them toward unparalleled success.
- Define global go to market strategy consistent with Mirakl's objectives
- Establish solid relationships with key players at the highest levels of an organization, particularly within the VP, EVP, and C-suite
- Continuous mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties
- Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
- Develop partnerships and increase the visibility of Mirakl Ads in the E-Commerce and Retail Media sector
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, and partners to build accurate forecast and pipeline
- Reporting on sales activity and revenue forecast
- 10+ years of proven success in software sales and experience within the retail media industry
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing a sales team, with a minimum team size of 10 people
- Proven track record of driving regional growth for a SaaS company through acquiring new clients and implementing effective upsell/cross-sell strategies
- Must be a highly business-driven individual who excels in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish would be an added advantage
