- Lead and develop the EHS team, corporate EHS systems and processes for BASF Australia and New Zealand.
- Provide Leadership and Management teams with expert advice in relation to the Responsible Care® program and regulatory matters related to EHS.
- Develop the product safety processes ensuring timely advice is provided to enable compliant import and export of BASF products.
- Facilitate and advise the ANZ Country Incident Management teams in matters related to incident response and crisis management.
- Be the designated National Trade Control Officer for BASF Australia and New Zealand.
- Hold a tertiary level Safety and Environmental qualification.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of ANZ EHS regulations and legislative requirements.
- Experience leading change management programs to develop a safety culture.
- Experience with relationship management of regulators and industry bodies.
- An understanding of the Chemical industry or product safety preferred.
