GROWWW WITH MOL GROUP as an IT Business Analyst GROWWWER (to serve the circular economy business fiels)The 1 year Growww program (with a view of turning to a permanent specialist position after finishing the program) offers fresh graduates· a unique opportunity to your 1st career step in a stable leading multinational company with Budapest based HQ· gaining work experience under professional mentor· Providing cross-cultural working environment and· chances in taking part in trainings and conferences organized in the frame of Growww program and delivers the project tasks in the given deadline· building career wit· hin the company country and international level· working in our high tech MOL Campus in 11th district or decide on home office 2 times per weekWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:Contributes to the providing of IT services, operation of Downstream domain specific applications according to the ITD GBS standards, and SLA parameters of the IT Service Catalogue.WHAT WOULD BE YOUR DAILY TASK:You will:· Cooperate closely with Business side peers, Product Owners, Super Users, Process Architects, Developers, Application Architects and Business Analysts· Coordinate and owns the business requirement specifications of the circular economy, in-line with domain business and IT strategy. Assists the business system owner in defining developments and the associated acceptance criteria· Participate in Functional Specification preparation. Models the "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, the expected system interactions.· Model the data requirements or work with the appropriate people to ensure that the data will support the new solution. Designs master data management process in their domain.· Define the scope and schedule, contributes, coordinates, manages and supervises the testing activity (integration and user acceptance tests), in terms of composing and performing test scenarios, recording the results and defects, manages and supervises the corrections and accepts the results.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:Your Background: University or College degree in progress (last semester/ finished maximum within 1 year) preferably in Information technology / Economics is an advantageYour Personality is equipped with ability of: Curiousity, confidence, ambitious, proactivity, creativity, and result-driven attitudeTeam Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strongLanguage Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is an advantageTech Savvy: General hardware and software knowledge, interest in new technologiesWHY JOIN MOL GROUP?Stable Background: In a world that's changing at fast speed, we're all about keeping it stable.
