Provide utmost sales support to branch marketing officers to achieve sales targets as a team.
To understand each product
To process new agency application
To assist in PIAM renewal/application related issue
To assist in monitoring and following up with agents for outstanding & collection status.
To monitor renewal business
To review acceptance of risk and prepare a quotation.
To arrange surveys when required
To provide necessary reports when required
To assist agents in any inquiries or assistance that might need an immediate solution.
To undertake any other specific task assigned if any.

2. POLICY PROCESSING (MOTOR & NON-MOTOR)

Ready to back up the team in policy processing when required.
To understand up-to-date underwriting guidelines, Underwriting Authority LOA, survey guidelines etc
Ensure policies and endorsements are issued within the timeframe and follow underwriting guidelines.
To ensure proper filing of policies/endorsements issued in the shared drive for easy tracking purposes.

3. CLAIMS (MOTOR / NON-MOTOR)

To handle all claim documents that are submitted to a branch office (Agents/Walk-In)
To coordinate with the agent/insured for any dispute/inquiry from the HQ claim department
To follow up on claim status in a timely manner
To handle claim complaints/appeals

4. OTHERS

To back account role for daily receipting when a team member is absent
To ensure all office equipment operates in well-functioning condition and to coordinate repair & maintenance works whenever required.
To ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the office
To understand company direction, operations, and guidelines from time to time.
To coordinate with HQ admin department on any day-to-day admin-related issue when require
To undertake any other specific task assigned if any.

Extra Bonus Points:

Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management.
Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
