Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer at Mangla Redimix Pvt. Ltd. located in Faridabad. The QAQC Engineer will be responsible for quality control, quality assurance, quality auditing, quality management, and inspection of concrete production processes. This role will involve monitoring and analyzing concrete samples, conducting quality tests, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Auditing skills Experience in RMC Concrete production, concrete laboratory testing, quality management and inspection Knowledge of concrete production processes and industry standards Expertise in Mix design of different grades of concrete (M-5 to M-100) and different types (eg, Self Compacting Concrete, High-performance concrete, Fibre-Reinforced concrete, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills by optimizing concrete due to variations in raw material grading and quality Attention to detail and ability to work with precision Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Minimum requirement). However, M.Tech and higher experienced candidates degree holders would be given preference.
