Trust and Estate Associate AttorneyBoston, MassachusettsPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Associate Attorney to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in trust and estate law. This position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement, allowing for flexibility and work life balance.Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on estate planning strategies and asset protection.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective representation of clients.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in trust and estate law.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and handle complex legal matters.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
