- Works with all departments to analyze financial records to ensure accuracy, taxes are properly paid, product and income properly documented, all paperwork completed correctly.
- Reconcile Floorplan, factory payables/receivables, bank accounts, finance reserves
- Tag & Title knowledge
- Provide additional management assistance to other departments as necessary.
- Reports directly to the Controller
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to supervise accounting personnel, receptionists.
- Must have proven Accounting Background as an Office Manager (Automotive Experience Helpful)
- Strong ability to run Accounting Office
- Multiple DMS applications experience a plus

- 1-3 years of previous Accounting Office Management experience required
- Previous automotive dealership experience Preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical ability
- Minimum High school diploma is required
- Valid Driver's License
