This is a Regional Trade Marketing role based out of East India for one of the most reputed FMCG companies in the world.The incumbent would report into the Unit Manager and be responsible to:1. Delivering primary revenue targets for foods as per AOP2. Deliver trade spends (cost) as per AOP3. Delivers Brand/Package distribution per AOP for Core and Innovation packs4. Deliver Premiumization Revenue as per AOP5. Build necessary plans to consistently grow market share for Foods in each category6. Work with teams to develop account / channel specific strategies, standards for merchandising, range, promotions, pricing and communicates the same to the field7. Lead the team in the execution of AOP programs, including the preparation & implementation of marketing initiatives & service8. Ensure spends hygiene across channels - Retail, Wholesale, Spoke, Organized trade for all packs1. To work in an international MNC of repute|2. An MBA with 5 years of experience
1 traditional/ general trade ASM stint in FMCG is pre-requisite
Strong analytical & presentation skills (MS Excel, PPT expert)
