Ensure that calls to the Service Centre are promptly answered and requested followed through to the concerned department.
Provides guest services, handles the set-up of daily reservations and checkout of guests.
Requirements:-
SPM Graduate
Ability to multitasking.
Have a good grasp of both written and spoken English. Multilangual is desirable.
Responsible, ability to interact and take inintiative.
Team player but able to work independently also.
Flexible and able to work as per hotel operational needs and requirements.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
