- Assists Director, US Commercial Distribution with the creation of annual budgets for 3PL Warehouses, Transportation, and Warehouse Shipping Supplies.
- Manages the monthly & annual budgeting and forecasting process enabling timely submissions to Group Controller.
- Provides analytics on monthly accruals and submits by required due date.
- Creates financial models that help with decision-making by comparing actuals to budgets, forecasting new launches or Marketing programs, and opportunities for performance improvements.
- Works with Group Controller, Director on Outlook (OL)& Watchlist submissions, preparation for AD (Annual Discussion) and other ad hoc requirements.
- Produces monthly reports, which include key drivers of financial results, variance management, and commentary to key stakeholders.
- Audits all 3PL Invoices, assures compliance with contracts & pricing, and disputes any discrepancies.
- Works with team to translate strategies and financial plans into short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans including number and size distribution centers within the US.
- Utilizes Network Design/Optimization modeling tools and advanced data capabilities to complete in depth network and supply chain analysis. Evaluates model results and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Responsible for logistics studies involving distribution costs, transit times, shipping patterns, carrier performance, and other variables to design and develop solutions and performance improvements.
- Identifies key opportunities to proficiently conduct strategic analyses, and formulate data driven recommendations.
- Develops business cases for projects/programs based on robust analytics, (i.e., what-if scenario analysis).

- Manages and tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPI's.)
- Analyzes monthly, quarterly and year-to-date sales to ascertain if there are patterns developing that require a change in distribution or transportation strategy.
- Pro-actively evaluates the effectiveness of current processes that are in place and assists in driving new strategies and programs that provide greater productivity while enhancing the customer experience.
- Engages with users to understand needs and enhancements on existing dashboards and analytical reports.
- Manages & grows cross-functional relationships with key Supply Chain functions, CX, Finance, and IT to build robust analytics that provide valuable insight to stakeholders.
- Understands and remains current in logistics/supply chain processes, software functionality and best business practices that deliver solutions to increase customer service levels, reduce non-compliance costs, and improve overall cost effectiveness of the operations.
- Identifies improvement opportunities through analytics, modeling, and key performance indicators.
- Develops and implements Monthly Dashboards that are presented and reviewed with leadership & key business partners. Utilizes four-eyes principles.
- Researches and recommends continuous improvement opportunities for the distribution, logistics, inventory control teams based on external benchmarking and industry best practices.
- Provides financial impact to continuous performance improvement projects.
- Utilizes project management & modeling tools, e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Vizio, MS-Project.
- Bachelor's Degree Required - Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Research preferred. LEAN Six Sigma certification a plus.
- Five (5) or more years' of progressively responsible corporate Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytical leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in Distribution/Optimization initiatives, Analytical role in Distribution, Logistics operations, and a strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain operations.
- Proven understanding of statistics and strong analytic skills. Strong mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced skills required in Access, Excel, Word and ERP systems (preferably Oracle), Data Warehouse & Database query tools (e.g., Cognos, SQL, Discoverer).
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships and interact with management on all levels, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of Distribution processes, transportation, inventory, warehousing and/or manufacturing processes and cost methodologies.
- Ability to write, speak, and present clearly across a variety of settings and adjusts communication style to the audience by translating and articulating technical concepts to non-technical groups.
- Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma principles and standard project management processes with ability to apply strong project management skills.
- Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, set priorities, work independently, and show attention to details and accuracy.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
