The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for content creation. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing and growing a presence across various social accounts, across various platforms including; Meta, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging channels.Key Responsibilities
  • Set up social media accounts: Initiate and manage the creation of official accounts on Meta, YouTube, and Instagram. Stay updated with trends and be prepared to expand into TikTok and other emerging platforms.
  • Develop regular content schedule: Collaborate with the marketing team to create a content calendar aligned with objectives and audience preferences. Ensure consistency in posting schedules across all platforms.
  • Create and distribute content: Generate engaging and relevant content tailored to each account, the platform's audience and specifications. Utilize multimedia formats such as videos, images, and text to maximize audience engagement.
  • Report and measure analytics: Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Use insights to optimize content strategy and drive results.
  • Develop a system for comment management: Establish protocols for monitoring and responding to comments and messages across all social media channels. Foster positive interactions and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Work with social selling team: Collaborate with the social selling team to implement chatbots, lead capture tools, and other automation strategies to streamline lead generation and conversion processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
