- Monday - Friday/8 hours shift.

To process waste water for the bakery. This needs to be done while meeting the water specs required by the city. The position also requires maintaining Building ”B” as well as company grounds.Job Responsibilities:
- Attend and be on time for all pre-shift production meetings.
- Participation and adherence to all food safety and safety programs.
- Completion of assigned Alchemy courses that are required throughout the year.
- Pumping over to ensure that water is processed appropriately for the facility.
- Starting up Building B processing equipment.
- Processing waste water when needed.
- Building cake to ensure that fats and solids are processed correctly.
- Processing tank water.
- Shutting down equipment.
- Removing food waste.
- Pulling samples for City and outside Lab.
- Maintaining building “B”.
- Review any maintenance needs for building.
- Maintain chemical inventory and place order when necessary.
- Maintain outside facility grounds by following Kleanz guidelines.
- Effectively communicate all relevant information to other production shifts and employees.
- Any other assigned work directed by leadership.
