Salary: $55-60KDuties and Responsibilities:
- Design, install and maintain network and system components.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Coordinate procurement of new laptops, iPhones, and printer cartridges.
- Collaborate with vendors and services providers to resolve issues.
- Recommend equipment upgrades and enhancements to improve network and system performance.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory and network diagrams.
- Assist with ongoing projects and recommend enhancements.
- Maintain all PC's and peripherals (PC interface to mainframes) including installing, testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure all MIS standards are maintained.
- Respond to incoming questions and resolve network user issues.
- Keep current with technological changes and industry improvements.
- Maintain network assets and license information of each user.
- Manage email, fax, and voice servers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology required.
- 4+ years of experience in network support and design of relevant network hardware and software.
- Advanced knowledge working with Microsoft Office 365, Azure Cloud Platforms including Azure Active Directory, Intune, and VPN products.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and be proactive.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Ability to research, analyze, problem-solve, and escalate issues as needed.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions in a timely fashion.
- Office environment.
- Occasional car or air travel to other company facilities.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
