About the RoleAs a key contributor in the Global Partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and executing Swiss Re Reinsurance Solutions' partnerships strategy focusing on tech, data, and health & wellness.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the development and execution of our partnerships strategy to accelerate the growth of our solutions business.Build and maintain relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders.Support negotiations and deal structuring for partnerships.Play a key role in the commercialization of new and existing partnerships by working with cross-functional teams and partners to maximize the partnerships potential.Be the partnerships subject matter expertise for the assigned focus segments/topics.Provide regular reporting on partnership activities and results.About the TeamWe are a small, diverse team based across multiple regions with a focus on growth and innovation underpinned by a collaborative culture.About YouWe are looking for an expert partnership manager with a demonstrated ability in either partnerships; business development; or technology management in the insurance industry.
