- Executes and administers end-to-end People services (including benefits) in accordance with global processes, and agreed local variations, for a country or region, ensuring data accuracy, professionalism and timeliness.
- Is the front line first point of contact for managers and colleagues (after self service) in a particular country/region, responding or appropriately triaging the request in a timely manner.
- Delivers in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), policies, processes and standards.
- Work with other HR team members to maintain consistency of policies, practices, and processes.
- Work with others to continually improve end-to-end HR services and operational services including driving adoption of self-service at country level.
- Responsible for regular data input, maintenance and accuracy within the HR systems. Produces required documents and maintain personnel files, including the purging of data in line with data processing policy.
- Prepares data extracts and other information for payroll team to process.
- Supports execution of Centres of Excellence and divisional change agendas by providing appropriate responses and support to managers and colleagues.
- Proposes and participates in continuous improvement projects.
- Carries other tasks as required to support Country or Regional People Services team and Divisional HR Business Partner.
- Escalates issues to Country Manager in a timely manner
