- Short term & long term sales territory development
- Achieve targeted sales and market share targets by developing and implementing all aspects of dealer and/or customer coverage and support. Close coordination with Marketing and Product Management. Achieve a positive working relationship, promotes cooperation and a high level of teamwork with inside sales, marketing and product management personnel.
- Accountability for a portion of annual NA Poultry sales
- Mine and analyze data in support of the greater Cumberland NA Poultry business unit
- Create & update accurate forecasts to enable the NA plants to run personnel & equipment in an efficient manner
- Analyze and provide dealer development opportunities and recommendations to support strategic growth initiatives
- B.S Degree in Business Marketing and / or marketing academic background
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, can approach people proactively, can train and coach
