Danone Specialized Nutrition is looking for a Medical Affairs Manager (Pediatrics) based in Czech republic or Slovakia to join our CEE Medical Science Team. In this role, you’ll dive into a challenging yet rewarding position that encourages your professional growth. Your primary objective will be to effectively translate medical science into demand generation and business opportunities. This involves identifying and addressing relevant medical needs in clinical practice, conducting evidence-based research to build credibility, drive sales, increase market share, and refine our Therapeutic Area (TA) Strategy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Science and Medical Evidence: Design and execute initiatives to leverage existing data, and ensure clear and useful scientific content for all stakeholders. Identify gaps in existing evidence, propose and generate new evidence for relevant TAs.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for specific TAs, collaborate with stakeholders on relevant initiatives.
Internal and External Education: Provide learning solutions and proactive communication on scientific evidence of the TA, develop educational support and cross-functional interaction for implementation.
Cross Collaboration: Identify and analyse competitive activities and trends, contribute proactively to product composition design, define product positioning, and provide medical guidance in cross-functional TA teams.

Therapeutic Area (TA) Responsibility: Infant milk formulas, Allergy, Challenged Growth, GI diseases

Master’s degree or PhD in fields of Natural sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role (market access, health economics or related field with medical nutrition history)
Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines governing market access
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with a growth oriented, problem solving and flexible approach
Fluency in Czech/Slovak, and English at minimum level B1
