- Develop and implement a social media strategy that accelerates growth across regions and verticals.
- Create engaging text, image, and video content for organic and paid campaigns.
- Build and maintain a vibrant community by engaging with followers.
- Work with other departments to manage social reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach .
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to fine-tune our approach and boost user interaction.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing team on local awareness strategy, global campaigns and events coverage.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive activity, and marketing best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a social media management or similar role. Experience in a B2B environment is desirable, showcasing an ability to understand and address the unique needs and challenges of business clients.
- Superb English speaking and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram).
- Hands-on knowledge of social media management tools, and understanding of web analytics tools (social and web).
- An analytical eye and a good sense for the type of content that performs best depending on platform and objective.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing for social media (e.g., Canva, DaVinci Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar software) – a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with Hubspot and Social Media Listening tools is preferred
