You are welcome to directly contact our team on LinkedIn.It's in your DNA for this role.A leading lifestyle fashion retailer in Hong Kong, with a strong presence across over 20 locations, is seeking an experienced Senior Project and Visual Merchandising Executive to oversee their Hong Kong and Macau operations. This dynamic role requires a seasoned professional to oversee the setup and coordination of new store openings and upgrades. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal and external teams, including operations and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and coordination of new store openings and upgrades.
- Work closely with internal and external teams, including operations and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met according to schedules.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to guarantee that all work meets the required standards of quality and sustainability.
- Maintain and update all visual merchandising materials in stores.
- Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and liaising with suppliers for ordering, delivering, and producing materials related to visual merchandising.
- Design, develop, and execute visual merchandising and promotional displays for various programs, seasonal changes, and ad-hoc events.
- Support graphic design and development of artwork for marketing materials such as print ads, brochures, packaging, POP, flyers, posters, etc.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for print/production and quality control.
- Manage all visual merchandising initiatives, including windows, seasonal brand imagery, and merchandise presentations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Enhance the aesthetic appeal of shop front windows and in-store displays to promote new product launches and seasonal themes, including regular floor moves, window installations, and mannequin styling.
- A degree in Visual Merchandising, Project Management, Design, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in the fashion retail industry, with solid experience in visual design, window setup, interior displays, and space utilization.
- Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, etc.
- A creative mindset with a good knowledge and sense of fashion, color trends, and styling.
- Passion for brand identity and a strong understanding of the dynamics of the fashion retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business teams to achieve brand objectives.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Project & Visual Merchandising Manager.
