Your ‘day To Day’ Supporting Retention programs along the consumer journey to ensure successful retention and advocacy of consumers. Performing actions based on data and insights across the commercial organization for programs, while also addressing gaps and opportunities. Deploying actions to enhance program performance and contribution. Maintaining program performance and evolving programs to best address consumer needs. Supporting program deployment and conducting appropriate testing before rollout. Engaging with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver programs while adhering to the highest quality standards. Guiding internal stakeholders on program performance development, consumer insights, and program evolution.
