- BTech in Chemistry or similar
- Must have working experience in fragrance development and application.
- Experience in managing raw material quality and substitutions, product formulation, process optimisation and new product implementation.
- Good project management and communication skills.
- Characterising and matching fragrances used in different products such as fragrance oils, personal care, home and fabric care product.
- Preparing, analysing, interpreting, and quantifying fragrances based on GC-MS reports.
- Participating in the olfactory evaluation of the matched fragrances and interpreting findings.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge library of new fragrance ingredients and components within the market.
- Resolving customer complaints.
