As a Senior Site Reliability Engineering Team Lead at our global hearing aid industry leader, your primary mission is to empower your team to excel in delivering innovative solutions that transform the lives of millions. You'll play a pivotal role in steering our engineering efforts, ensuring top-notch performance, and fostering the well-being of your team members. What you will do The technical and functional leadership of several cross-functional professionals, concerning Platform Engineering and SRE best practices. Design and implement future-proof, scalable, and highly available software systems, services and applications. Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they become problems. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently, utilizing a data-based approach. Automate repetitive tasks and implement continuous improvement processes to increase efficiency and reliability. Influence architectural decisions with a focus on reliability, scalability, and high performance. Participate in incident management and post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to improve system performance and reliability. Work within your cross-functional team to uphold the highest technical standards. What you bring At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar team-leading position. Several years of Hands-on, production expertise and building, and maintaining SaaS infrastructure by using primarily Microsoft Azure or other public cloud providers. Expert skills with networking, storage and virtualization with tools like Kubernetes, Terraform Knowledge in a high-level programming language like .Net Core/ C#, Python or Java would be a benefit Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or relevant work experience Personal competencies You have theability to communicate clearly, listen and show empathy and enjoy workingin an international agile team. You are aself-organized individual, with focus and the ability to prioritize yourworkload using business data and metrics. Great analytic and problem-solving skills.
