- The Senior Key Account Manager is part of a team managing Henkel's largest global consumer adhesive account, & is responsible for working with the Sales Director across multiple functions to help achieve financial and strategic initiative goals set for The Home Depot business.
- Core responsibilities include supporting the internal and external execution and implementation of corporate sales and brand initiatives. Complete category management of multiple product lines, PLR preparation, execution, and strategic planning. The key objectives include:
- Lead customer strategy, promotion planning and execution by assisting with development and serving as the connection between Account Management Team, Brand Marketing and Trade Marketing to ensure all aspects of the process are covered from customer submission through store level execution
- Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy
- Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling
- Optimizes sales processes in country and leads junior KAMs
- Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
- Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
- Lead in Product Line Review preparation with data reporting and analysis, strategy development & presentations. Manage the new program rollout process including POG development, new item set up, exit strategies, etc.
- Manage P&L of both in store and promotional programs, identify key trends within profitability of business, work with cross functional teams to drive improvement. Manage both sales and production forecasts for categories, and drive accuracy and efficiency throughout supply chain process.
- Manage & align with THD brand advocate & Henkel ecommerce team online portfolio including but not limited to: the IDM process, audit existing content, coordinate with marketing to include more robust digital assets, management of full Henkel product portfolio on THD.com
- Create and plan in-store projects and organize execution by collaborating with Henkel marketing and both internal and external field teams.
- Actively participate in the preparation and execution of key Depot meetings throughout the year including, but not limited to, monthly merchandising meetings, quarterly business reviews, PLRs, top-to-top meetings, demo days, etc.
- Education - BS/BA in business.
- Experience - 3-10 years, Sales or Marketing experience, CPG industry a must, Home Center and Home Depot account experience a plus.
- Candidate must reside in the Atlanta, GA area.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook a must.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
