- Prospecting: Actively seeking new business opportunities by identifying potential clients who could benefit from FASTSIGNS' products and services. This could involve cold-calling, attending networking events, or leveraging social media and other online platforms to generate leads.
- Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients, as well as with other professionals in related industries who could provide referrals or insights.
- Customer Relationship Management: Keeping track of client interactions, orders, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. This may involve using CRM software and following up with clients after the completion of a project to assess the impact of the signage solutions provided.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously learning about the latest products and technologies in the sign and graphics industry to provide clients with innovative and effective solutions. This will be an ongoing process as the industry evolves and as new products and services are developed.
- Sales and Marketing: Creating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of FASTSIGNS' products and services. You'll need to be persuasive and articulate, able to convey complex information in a way that is accessible to clients with varying levels of understanding about signage.
