So you can find your productive zone and work from thereAbout the role:As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in boosting our sales operations efficiency as we grow. Your role involves refining our sales processes and supporting our sales team's expansion.Responsibilities:Sales Operations ManagementDevelop and implement best-in-class sales processes, tools, and methodologies.Manage the deployment, integration, and optimization of sales tools such as Salesforce, Boostup, and other relevant technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Accounts Management, Finance, etc., to ensure seamless integration of sales operations.Continuously evaluate and improve sales operations processes using data-driven solutions.Sales Analytics and ReportingDesign and implement comprehensive sales reporting and analytics frameworks to provide actionable insights to leadership and sales teamsAnalyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Develop and maintain sales dashboards, forecasting models, and performance metrics to track progress against goals.Collaborate with sales leaders to interpret data, identify key performance drivers, and develop strategic recommendations.Sales Enablement and TrainingPartner with sales leaders to design and deliver training programs, ensuring sales teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to succeedDevelop and manage sales playbooks, collateral, and other enablement resources to support the sales process.Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the sales organization.An ideal candidate has:5+ years of experience in sales operations in a B2B SaaS environmentExperience with Salesforce administration and reportsProficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Sigma and data analytics with SQLStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for turning data into insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs - We are growing fast.Compensation: Base pay range of $120,000 - $160,000 + Series B equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefitsBenefits we offer:Generous compensation in cash and equity7-years for post-termination option exercise (vs. standard 90 days)Early exercise for all options, including pre-vestedWork from anywhere: Remote-first CultureFlexible paid time offHealth insurance, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents - US and Canada specific4% matching in 401k / RRSP - US and Canada specificMacBook Pro delivered to your doorOne-time stipend to set up a home office - desk, monitors, etc.Monthly meal stipendMonthly social meet-up stipendAnnual health and wellness stipendAnnual Learning stipendUnlimited access to an expert financial advisoryJoin a fast-growing company with world-class professionals from around the world.
