Position: Production Manager
Industry: Printing production & manufacturing
Location: Concord
Shift: Morning preferred (7:00am - 3:00pm)
Salary: $70,000 - $95,000, dependent on experience.As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and leading a team in day-to-day operations. Responsible for ensuring that productions level are efficient and can identify any opportunities of improvement. To ensure and enforce the compliance with occupational health and safety act regulations, labor law and organizations health and safety procedures.Advantages

- Demonstrate leadership by effectively managing teams of 30+ individuals, making strategic decisions, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and labor laws. Shipping manager, floor manager & QC will report back to you.
- Great level of urgency will be needed, as the scheduling of the production line will be vital to meet targets and customer needs.
- High-level problem solver that is proactive when achieving production goals, driving continuous improvement through identifying gaps/opportunities.
- Identify training needs and develop coaching plans to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Quickly learn and understand production processes and products to address any issues and drive efficiency.
- Team player that will lead by example, build relationships and help add to the workplace culture. You will spend 80% of your time on the floor managing production.Qualifications
- Requires 2-5+ years of production experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities to improved results.
- Has experience overseeing a team of 30+ people (General laborer, forklift, machine operators, quality) and working with other managers.
- Preference to work the morning shift (7:00am - 3:00pm)
- Previous experience in production will be considered a plus.Summary
