- Present Prewave and our AI risk management platform to new partners
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners to drive growth and revenue (especially Big Four firms) in the Nordics and UK
- Build strong rapport with local partner sales teams and collaborate with company’s internal sales executives
- Assist partners in the sales process, providing necessary resources and support.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between direct and indirect sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance data to optimize partnership outcomes and inform decision-making
- Serve as a liaison between the company and partners, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to inform partnership strategies
- Ensure that partners adhere to contractual agreements and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with legal teams to address any legal issues related to partnerships.
- Gather and provide important market feedback to Senior Management Represent Prewave at local trade fairs and conferences and support local marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related field
- Prior experience working with Big Four firms, consulting companies and procurement tech providers
- Demonstration of impact in growing the revenue through partners (influence and co-selling)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate deals
- Understand the business model and supported use cases from partners
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in any of the following languages: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian
- Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, compliance topics and supply chains
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands on mentality
- Experience in the supply chain, ESG or B2B space
- An extensive compensation package
