- Leading all aspects of business performance including crafting, and implementing scorecards and objectives for the functions and business units. This includes the suggestions of KPIs/drivers and targets.
- Developing analysis, tools, and models using complex data to support the business units to identify business opportunities, and improvement potentials and make decisions
- Using data to derive insights. Using insights to drive actions, bringing performance to WSS.
- Leading annual strategic business planning processes leading to an agreed investment plan.
- Producing meaningful and accurate observations and recommendations for improving operational and financial performance
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders in business units and management.
- Create/Optimise data sources, measurement processes, and data sharing/ dashboards
- University degree in economics, business administration, or finance.
- Experienced professional with 4 - 6 years of relevant working experience from either management consulting, audit, or industry.
- Good understanding of P&L, profitability analyses, and performance management
- Solid analytical skills and ability to present complex analyses in a simplified manner to stakeholders
- Analytical mindset, numerical aptitude, and ability to think holistically.
- Ability to engage with all parts of the business, and navigate across a diverse and international organization.
- Practical business sense and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and ability to communicate with, influence, and motivate people.
- Ambition, desire, and passion to succeed in developing, changing, and growing the business.
- You are curious, proactive, and flexible.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and knowledge of business.
- Solid command of the English language (oral and written).
