Medical Receptionist/ Front Desk

• Greet and assist patients.
• Answer inbound telephone calls and takes messages as needed.
• Schedules appointments, makes follow-up appointments, and calls to confirm appointments with patients.
• Performs various front-office duties as needed in a customer-oriented wellness center environment.
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Answer phones, schedule appointments,
• Insurance verification and follow-up
• Assist Doctors with basic tasks
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 1+ year of previous receptionist and general office experience.
• Receptionist/general office experience in a medical or insurance environment a plus
• Excellent phone skills and etiquette
• MS Office
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ?Strong organizational skills
• Friendly and outgoing
• Previous experience in similar position preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Experience with Chirotouch software preferred but not necessary.
