B2B Sales ProfessionalJob DescriptionOverallThis is a new B2B sales position in our real estate company with tremendous opportunity for growth and compensation. We are looking for a self-starter that wants to build out our B2B sales program and get in on the ground floor of what we know is a high growth customer market for us. We have a successful proof of concept and are looking for the right person to take us into a vast national market.We are a stable and growing national online real estate company doing high volume, online real estate transactions mostly to residential sellers through digital marketing efforts. This sales professional will move us into a B2B marketplace of production builders (large scale home builders).Responsibilities
  • Researching potential customers in the target industry (we have a robust list of potential customers to start you off)
  • Making cold outreach, such as emails and calls, to attract new leads
  • Developing relationships in the industry
  • Having a thorough understanding of our product’s advantages and communicating that to potential customers
  • Achieving quarterly and annual sales volume targets
Qualifications
  • Proven track record with B2B sales a must
  • Ability to lead a project and build out a sales team
  • Self-motivated professional
  • Quick learner
  • Strong communications skills
  • Understanding and interest in the real estate industry
  • Florida Resident
Compensation
  • Salary: $60,000 base plus commission
