Job Type: Full-time, PermanentAre you a Senior Project Manager with experience on water treatment or pipeline projects attached to water utility companies? My client, a world-leader in engineering, design consultancy and construction is looking for a Senior Project Manager to have single point accountability and leadership for the delivery of a number of projects within a Water Utilities Capital Programme.You will work on clean & wastewater, infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects attached to a water utility framework. Candidates must have Water sector experience and a working knowledge of NEC contracts, or a similar construction type of contract.You will be responsible for commercially managing all contract matters to achieve the optimal outcome for the utility company, whilst delivering successful technical solutions that provide optimal value for money.You will work a 37.5 hour week and your time will be split between my client's office in Epdom, the end clients' offices, and your home.The ideal candidate will:
·Be educated to a degree level.
·Have excellent NEC or similar) contractual awareness.
