Are you an energetic and intuitive marketing generalist looking for an exciting opportunity? Our Growth Marketing team is seeking top-notch talent to join our dynamic group of individual contributors who work closely with cross-functional teams at Assurant to deliver outstanding results for our top-tier clients.As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will support integrated marketing and communications initiatives, including developing eye-catching campaigns and marketing materials for both B2B and consumer audiences. You will also provide strategic and project management support and use cutting-edge sales enablement and other marketing technology to distribute, optimize, and measure performance for Assurant's Connected Living segment and its clients.You’re the perfect candidate for this role if:

  • You’re comfortable leaning more heavily on traditional mediums that may require non-traditional means of measuring success
  • You understand how to effectively navigate processes within large organizations and/or within regulated industries
  • You’re not afraid to get involved with routine administrative tasks, including reporting to leadership, as needed

  • Conducting needs analysis and taking an active role in content creation for deliverables (e.g., newsletters, articles, direct mail, brochures, presentations, point of purchase materials, sales tools and job aids, websites, apps, and customer communication channels including mail, email, and SMS messaging)
  • Identifying opportunities in the client’s omnichannel sales process to integrate products and services in a compliant manner seamlessly
  • Managing Marketing Development Funds and/or budgets as defined by the business
  • Leading in-house creative services team to execute branded marketing for traditional and digital channels, including providing direction on artistic perspective, content, and brand execution
  • Driving legal/compliance and client approval processes for all content deliverables
  • Providing marketing support for client meetings, business reviews, pitches, or RFPs
  • Developing content, campaigns, and communications targeted to your clients and prospects
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns to evaluate success and optimize performance

This is what we consider the basic qualifications:
  • Bachelor's-degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration, or other related field
  • 4+ years relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research, and analytics.
  • 2+ years consumer marketing experience including product positioning, promotions, campaigns, and sales across multiple channels
  • 2+ years’ experience working with clients/partners, exhibiting the ability to generate maximum return through effective marketing strategies and direction
  • Direct experience with developing, executing, and measuring successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns.
  • Experience with core marketing methodologies related to product positioning, branding, promotions, market research and sales support
  • Excellent people skills; ability to build relationships, navigate cross-functional teams and internal/external resources.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in matrixed environments.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with complex and changing market dynamics.
This is what we’d consider the cherry-on-top (i.e., preferred experience, skills and knowledge):
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field
  • Bilingual or multilingual (English/Spanish/French/Portuguese)
  • Background in insurance, wireless carrier, retail, e-tail and/or OEM industries
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience in multiple marketing channels/mediums
  • Understanding of B2B2C marketing relationships
