We want to help you achieve growth by giving you access to a network of smart and supportive people, willing to listen to your ideas.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist clients by successfully managing and implementing Sage Intacct following the prescribed implementation methodology.Analyze and document system and business requirements.Setup Intacct system and configure it according to customer requirements and best practices.Collaborate with the project team to deliver quality projects within the defined timeline and budget.Develop test scripts for customers’ testing phaseTrain end users on the Intacct systemAssist customers with data conversionsMake recommendations for new processes and proceduresDevelop reports and dashboards utilizing the Intacct toolsSetup and configure 3rd party integration toolsProvide technical support to clients as neededProvide input and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for service delivery, including the development of templates, documentation of best practices, contribution to the knowledge base, etcParticipate in multiple engagements while ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.Work with developers and other team members to define client enhancement needs.Requirements5+ years of working with non-profit accounting or implementing other ERP packages for non-profit organizationsExperience with Sage IntacctExperience with non-profit accounting and fund accountingStrong project management/customer leadership skills and delivery experience, including developing high-quality project plans and timely deliverables.Strong software knowledge. Experience in all areas of installation, configuration, integration, and training is mandatoryTroubleshooting skills and superb analytical skills: ability to think “outside the box” to resolve problemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong project management/customer leadership skills and delivery experience including the ability to develop high-quality project plans and timely deliverablesCollaborative skills.
