Responsibilities Create and execute revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability across all revenue streams. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify revenue enhancement opportunities. Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and actionable insights. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop pricing models, promotions, and packages aligned with business goals. Conduct routine pricing reviews and adjustments based on market dynamics, demand patterns, and competitive landscape. Utilize revenue management tools, and systems for demand forecasting, pricing strategy setting, and inventory management. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in revenue management, yield optimization, or pricing strategy, preferably in multi-property hospitality management. High familiarity with revenue management software and Property Management Systems (Protel, Opera, etc.) Strong analytical skills with proficiency in hotel search engines extranets (Booking, Expedia, etc.) Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of cross-functional teamwork to achieve business objectives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively. Detail-oriented mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
