- Provides SoSE engineering, design, integration and oversight across Enterprise Systems.
- Ensures the introduction of new or enhanced NetOps Capabilities (i.e., pilot programs, emerging requirements, etc.) without negatively impacting existing services, capabilities, or tools.
- Coordinates strategic projects that do not align under any single NETCOM capability or that impact multiple existing capabilities and/or shared resource technologies.
- Support development and updates of enterprise capabilities’ functional requirements, concepts, doctrine, policies, processes, standards, and supporting documentation for the integration of existing and future enterprise capabilities and tools
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with T5 investigation
- Masters Degree in Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline is and at least 15 years of technical experience
- Previous extensive knowledge of the DoD’s, Army’s IT Policies, Guidance, Goals, Objectives
- Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of Army customers/organizations (verbal and written)
- Collect, analyze, and enter all data necessary to maintain the approved tools list
- Engineering Installation Plans
- Operational and security engineering support to Army enterprise capabilities and services
- Life-cycle engineering
- Change, Configuration, Release Management (CCRM) activities
- System baselines
- Integrated Test Environment Facility
- Customization, configuration, upgrade and integration into Gabriel Nimbus or other big data platforms
