- Coordinate multiple contractors within an operational facility to mitigate conflicts and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations by monitoring the work site regularly.
- Verify work activities align with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain consistent communication and coordination with site personnel and activities.
- Utilize experience to plan and manage resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
- Independently apply comprehensive knowledge to offer guidance and training in clear verbal communication.
- Negotiate independently, fostering consensus among parties with differing interests.
- Independently plan, organize and prioritize activities to meet business goals efficiently.
- Develop and execute plans based on recommendations and requirements, guiding others.
- Interpret and enforce organizational policies and procedures, aligning them with strategic objectives.
- Handle costing, budgeting, and financial tasks autonomously while mentoring others.
- Manage projects and programs within specified cost, time, and quality parameters, offering guidance to team members.
- Analyze data trends independently to facilitate informed decision-making while training others in this skill.
- Demonstrate physical capability to access multi-level structures, lift items to 25 pounds, and stand or walk for up to 6 hours daily.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for project requirements.
- Minimum 10 years of industrial construction experience.
- An associate degree in a technical field is required
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience required
- Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in South Carolina is preferred
- Mechanical / Structural Background preferred over E&I
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with recognized accredited program (ABET), preferred.
