- Customer Support and Relationship Management - Assist Key Account Managers and field sales team in managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, and addressing needs promptly, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Promotions Coordination and Invoicing - Coordinate promotions and manage invoices accurately on the internal system, ensuring correct recording and prompt delivery to customers.
- Material Maintenance and Update - Maintain and update sales materials for Key Account Managers and the field sales team, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Customer Engagement and Solutions- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for an enhanced experience.
- Sales Meeting Support and Planning: - Participate in sales meetings, providing input, preparing materials, and assisting with logistics.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Possesses previous experience in a sales-related role.
- Comfortable working with various IT systems.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
