- Support business plan both short and long term using strategic HR plans to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees through an environment that fosters communication and cooperation.
- Promote culture and environment that are productive, open, empowering, safe, and equitable including coaching others to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Leadership Corporate Business Principles.
- Responsible for the execution of compliance of HR (policies and practices).
- Work as part of cross-functional / HR team to develop HR practice and process improvement that enhance HR contribution to the business.
- Implement continuous improvement in HR to develop functional efficiency and ways of working.
- A minimum holder of Bachelor's degree in HR or any related fields
- Possess at least 8 years of experience in HR function in managerial roles
- Experienced in Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Recruitment/Resourcing
- Experienced in leading and managing change through the effective use of organization design, development, and business transformation techniques
- Possess background in leading people and implementing projects
- Experienced in working within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaboration
- Possess good command of English and Thai
