JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to the FL Bar
Trial experience (bonus, but not required)
Passion for high-quality legal work and dedication to client success
Experience handling discovery, depositions, pleadings, motions etc.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (1-4 years of experience)
20% origination bonus
Discretionary bonuses for the first two years, transitioning to a structured bonus based on billables
Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare (100% coverage after 90 days), vision, dental, and FL Bar dues coverage
5-10 days of paid time off, plus 9 holidays
