- Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
- Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business
- Market life insurance to existing Agency customers and contacts
- Cross-sell current Business Insurance customers
- Perform needs analysis with potential Life Insurance customers
- Present policies in a clear and concise manner and close the sale
- Follow up with customers periodically to re-evaluate their policy needs
- Skilled with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Active Life, Health, Accident and HMO license is required or will be acquired in thirty days
- License study course will be provided at no cost
