Position Summary...What you'll do...Revenue Operations is hiring a Senior Manager of E&S Program Operations to lead a newly-formed team responsible for various Enablement & Support programs. The ideal candidate has experience leading through ambiguity, formalizing team operations, and enabling delivery across diverse & dynamic workstreams.ResponsibilitiesMentor, coach, and enable a functionally-diverse team of five operations managersModel and coach associates on program and change management practicesContinuously enable employee growth, development, and progressionManage team capacity, strategic planning, and executional performanceTranslate strategic concepts into functional goals and tactical stepsDrive excellence within various support/operational programs across the businessDeepen relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and decision-makersImprove and formalize team process, policy, reporting, and documentationProactively identify, resolve, and report functional disruptions or risksScope and solution opportunities to drive efficiencies and scaleMinimum Qualifications3+ years of people management experience5+ years in ads, operations, or program managementAbility to multi-task and manage competing prioritiesStrong written & verbal communication of complex topicsPreferred QualificationsExperience with service management through Salesforce, JIRAAnalytical thinking and experience solving problems autonomouslyExcellent stakeholder negotiation and customer managementProven track record driving operational excellence at scaleAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
