- Respond to customer inquiries, provide pricing and enter quotes into the ERP system
- Process orders, confirm/provide status updates such as anticipated ship dates, delivery updates
- Expedite orders as needed and handle occasional returns and repairs
- Work with supplier websites and other resources to locate product, price and delivery information
- Develop great relationships customers, as well as suppliers
- Work closely with the sales team to meet/address customer needs
- Interact with various groups and team members throughout the organization in support of customer order fulfillment
- Manage BOM's
- HS diploma/GED required, higher education valued
- MUST have previous customer service experience within a manufacturing and/or distribution setting! (Please do NOT apply if you do not meet this requirement)
- Comfortable utilizing technology including MS Office and ERP systems
- Comfortable working with an industrial product line
