These Customer Service Reps will be working closely with customers, suppliers, sales and technical support people to provide exceptional service to their valued clientele. These Customer Service Representatives will primarily responsible for the following functions:
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide pricing and enter quotes into the ERP system
  • Process orders, confirm/provide status updates such as anticipated ship dates, delivery updates
  • Expedite orders as needed and handle occasional returns and repairs
  • Work with supplier websites and other resources to locate product, price and delivery information
  • Develop great relationships customers, as well as suppliers
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet/address customer needs
  • Interact with various groups and team members throughout the organization in support of customer order fulfillment
  • Manage BOM's
We will begin reaching out immediately to Customer Service Representatives who possess the following background profile:
  • HS diploma/GED required, higher education valued
  • MUST have previous customer service experience within a manufacturing and/or distribution setting! (Please do NOT apply if you do not meet this requirement)
  • Comfortable utilizing technology including MS Office and ERP systems
  • Comfortable working with an industrial product line
