You must have Yellow plant and mining experience to repair machinery with supervisory experience. Plant maintenance Carrying out of plant preventative maintenance, Repair broken down plant. Overhaul of machinery components, Supervising of assistants, Complies with safety and health requirements. Verbal and written communication. Good organisational ability. Sound knowledge of company policies and procedure including administration procedures. Performing to the best of your ability. Ad hoc manager-specific instructions. Ad hoc internal / external client instructions. Ensure daily plant hours are communicated. Ensure Plant availability, To be cost effective, Meeting specifications and quality finishes, Coaching and mentoring. To prevent accident/damage, To comply with legislation. Working to best practice, specifications, and standards procedures. Using new and second-hand parts, Working according to OEM Specs and workshop, Allocating work, Checking quality of work.
