- Manages IT Operations technical teams in support of various technical arenas
- Hiring, training, coaching, and all Human Resources activities for direct reports
- Manages staff in daily work duties
- Supervises team in delivering reliable and efficient systems that support the overall IT infrastructure.
- Project management for projects as assigned
- Communicate with co-workers, team members, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Deliver any Service Levels as required to meet the needs of the Wheels business.
- Identify and implement process improvements within IT Operations technologies.
- Provides reporting of performance metrics to IT Operations leadership
- Acts as escalation point for their area of responsibility.
- Provides mentoring and knowledge sharing with the IT Operations Team
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
- Demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance.
- Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.
- Work closely with IT Service Delivery team to ensure successful delivery of IT Services
- Demonstrates open, effective, consensus-building communication and teamwork
- Customer focused approach leading a customer-driven team.
- Experience with a broad spectrum of legacy and modern technologies
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrate an understanding of how the IT Operations team supports the Wheels business functions and Wheels customers, and manages the team to these standards.

- Manages a team of technical professionals providing specialized IT platforms.
- Hires, manages, mentor, trains, and coaches team members

- Demonstrates coaching skills and resolves conflicts
- Leads the team within departmental principals, and organizational imperatives
- Bachelors or Higher degree in Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- ITIL Certifications
- Three (5) or more years’ experience leading IT initiatives or teams
- Competency in ITIL practices, certifications preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Leader with proven track record initiating change in an IT organization
