A marketing / communications expert with experience in D2C marketing preferably for a consumer brand. You will assist the Marketing Communications Head in the following areas: Plan and create impactful campaigns for all our communication channels including FB, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, website etc, along with the creative team Create content and visual stories with the help of the design team for posts, stories and reels Ideate and execute content and reels to drive customer engagement Monitor campaigns, analyse data and study customer response Stay updated with current algorithms and trends in social media Identify and coordinate with influencers and set up collaborations as required Work closely with the performance marketing team for our social media campaigns Manage events and promotions for online and offline growth Being a startup, you may also need to contribute to other areas of the venture as and when needed. Degree in Marketing from a reputed institute Experience - 2 years + Experience in a fashion / consumer brand and a startup environment would be an advantage. Location - Our Pune Design Studio (This is not a Work from Home role)
