Steel Estimator

• Successfully estimated and won projects in the $5-$10M range
• Experience estimating with Bluebeam & FabSuite
• Knowledge of current AISC codes and standards
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Ability to calculate costs and prepare estimates
• Proficient in Tekla and Fabtrol

• Advanced Tech Savvy can be considered for remote role but will impact salary
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Prepare and review estimates for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate and communicate with team members
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Manage and monitor project budgets and schedules
• Monitor and review changes in project scope
• Ensure all materials, labor and equipment costs are accurately included in estimates
• Prepare accurate material take offs
• Assist in developing and implementing cost-effective strategies

• $75,000 - $110,000 base salary (DOE)
