- HubSpot Management:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all HubSpot-related activities, including configuration, customization, and optimization
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team, Business-Line Account Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with business goals
- Create segmented lists, workflows, and automation processes within HubSpot
- Troubleshoot and resolve any CRM integration related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
- Data Management:
- Maintain and enhance the quality of customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Implement data segmentation strategies to deliver to enhance our tailored content and experiences to different customer segments
- Create a report or workflow to regularly clean and update the CRM database to optimize campaign targeting and reporting accuracy
- Analytical Expertise:
- Generate comprehensive reports on CRM performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement using data-driven insights
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical findings into strategies for optimizing the CRM tool and database
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the business development team and business-line Account Managers to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives
- Communicate effectively to gather requirements, provide updates on progress, and share insights derived from data analysis
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to contribute CRM and analytical expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Sales Operations or CRM Specialist or similar role, with a focus on HubSpot, and analytical reporting
- Proficiency in data management, segmentation techniques, and generating analytical reports to optimize CRM strategies
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- HubSpot certifications and any relevant certifications in Marketing Cloud tools are a plus
- Problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail
