In this role, you will collaborate with various Lakeshore departments to manage the product enhancement cycle to meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Applicants should have strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail. The ideal applicant also has a solid understanding of cross-functional teamwork and possesses proficiency in data analysis and customer perspective to drive decisions.A day on the job looks like this:
  • Improve existing products to better serve our customers
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to manage products through the product enhancement cycle to meet the highest standards of quality and safety, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Work with planning and supply chain teams to monitor timelines and inventory requirements
  • Communicate effectively to inform various levels of the organization and team members of project progress, as well as concerns or project risks
  • Ensure that target price and product expectations are met
  • Develop professional skill sets associated with Lakeshore product development and enhancement standards
QualificationsGot the skills and experience? Here's what we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in product development
  • Some experience in product design, engineering or manufacturing of consumer goods preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to analyze and summarize key information to make recommendations to all stakeholders (including executive leaders)
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Knowledge of product creation and manufacturing process related to consumer goods
  • Ability to dive into complex problems and come up with solutions
  • Strong MS Office, especially Excel skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and independently manage time to thrive in an atmosphere with multiple overlapping deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, a team mentality and outcome orientation

  • Salary: $65,000-$80,000 with an annual bonus of up to 10%
